Install a talent
Add expertise to your project and check that it is active.
Before you begin: open the right project and check that your account can change its selection. You can connect the AI agent later with Connect a project.
1. Choose expertise
In the catalog, open the talent that meets your needs. Read its description and dependencies. For several related areas of expertise, see specializations.
2. Install it on the right project
Choose your project in the installation workflow. Review the talents that will be added, then confirm the installation. Check their status on the project page.
Expected result: the chosen talents appear in the project's selection. If a dependency is missing, address it before asking the AI agent to work.
Install from your AI agent
The tool takes a list of identifiers, even for a single talent:

To search the entire catalog, the AI agent can use
grace_deepen with query and scope: "all". Reading the full content requires
the talent to be active for the project.
3. Check the selection
The grace_doctor diagnostic flags missing prerequisites and conflicts.
For the next task, the AI agent designates the relevant talents using
grace_prepare_task. Review its response: the number of areas of expertise may include dependencies.
