Accounts and permissions
Understand who can act and what to do when access is denied.
Your account, your organization, your project
Your account identifies you. Your organization brings your team together. The project belongs to that organization. Always check these three points before requesting an access change.
| Situation | Who can help? | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| You have not joined the right organization | An owner or administrator of that organization. | Request an invitation or check your active organization. |
| The organization is awaiting approval | A Grace platform administrator. | Follow the instructions on the waiting screen. |
| A management action is missing or denied | An organization owner or administrator. | Ask them to check your role and the requested action. |
| An automation key cannot use a tool | The person who manages the project key. | Check its permissions and expiration without sharing its value. |
Access can change
Removing a member or suspending an organization can revoke tool access. A connection that worked previously does not guarantee permanent access.
Do not share your account
Everyone uses their own account. An automation uses a key limited to the necessary tools, stored in a secrets manager. See keys for hooks.
