Monitor your organization

Compare project activity and understand Grace's indicators.

Open Organization → Activity to find items requiring attention and compare your projects' activity. You must be an organization owner or administrator.

Choose a period

Choose 7, 30, or 90 days at the top of the page. This choice applies to indicators, tokens served, and the projects being compared. The initial period is 30 days.

The current day is excluded: you compare completed days. Changes are measured against the previous period of equal length. The dates of the selected period appear above the indicators. The ⓘ button beside "Complete days only" explains how days are divided.

Alerts are always evaluated over 30 days, regardless of the selected period.

Understand a card

Three cards summarize tasks using Grace, active users, and failed requests. The ⓘ button beside a title explains the measure and shows the value for the previous period. A single chart shows tasks over time. Its ⓘ button explains the measure. Hover over the line, touch it, or select it and use the arrow keys to read each day's date and value. View details opens more information about the measure.

IndicatorWhat it counts
Active usersPeople with recorded activity in the organization's projects.
Active projectsProjects with recorded activity during the period.
Tasks using GraceSuccessful preparations of instructions for an AI agent. One task can request several preparations.
Tokens servedAmount of text provided by Grace, measured in small fragments called tokens.
Failed requestsRequests sent to Grace that received an error response.

Unavailable data is flagged; it is not replaced with zero. The Active projects and Tokens served cards remain visible below the chart. At the bottom of the page, Understand the calculations opens a panel explaining period, comparison, and data availability rules.

Compare projects

The Activity by project table shows tokens served and failed requests. Click View details, then Close details to return to the table.

To compare side by side, select two to four projects in the table, then click Compare. Clear removes the selection and comparison. Each compared project has a card combining its figures and chart. The charts share the same scale and reading pattern as tasks over time: a point and vertical line mark the day, with its date and value above the chart. This works with a mouse, touch, or keyboard. Projects with no recorded activity can still be selected. Changing the period also updates the comparison. Events shown in the details are not a count of tasks.

Understand talent adoption

Open Organization → Adoption. Filters remain visible above the table. Compare projects, then choose View talents to open details in a side panel. Close it to return to the table.

  • Enabled: talents currently available to the AI agent.
  • Used before: among enabled talents, those loaded at least once in the available history. This count is not limited to the last 30 days.
  • Configuration: talents with a dependency or catalog problem. A disabled talent or one with no observed use is not automatically a problem.

The bars show previously used talents among the currently enabled talents, according to the selected filters. They are not targets to meet. Missing data remains flagged as unavailable.

In the details, frequency means loads in the period whose dates are shown. Items to review and configuration recommendations remain directly visible; their links lead to the relevant project. The Understand the data button explains the measures and the availability of their sources. Search and Include talents not installed let you browse the inventory.

Filters and pagination remain available. When a filter is active, the figures describe filtered results. Incomplete data is flagged without concluding that a talent was not used.

If there are no projects, use the page's create action. If access is denied, contact an owner or administrator of your organization.
